Set the navigation settings.

## Usage

```javascript
const navigationSettings = {
  elevationSpeed: 1.5,
  rotationSpeed: 40,
  walkSpeed: 3.0
};

viewer3d.setNavigationSettings(navigationSettings);
```

The navigation settings.
